Strong, Oscislawski & Monticello Co-author Chapter in Health Law Handbook.

Christina Strong, Helen Oscislawski and Krystyna Monticell have co-authored a chapter on “Privacy Surrounding Anatomical Gifts for Research” for the 2012 edition of the Health Law Handbook, published by West/Thomson Reuters.

The Health Law Handbook, currently in its 16th edition, is a popular reference manual among healthcare attorneys.  The chapter to be written by Christina and Helen will discuss how privacy affects the collection, use and sharing of information in connection with anatomical gifts, and will also explore cutting edge issues relating to how the electronic health information records and networks may affect current privacy practices in this area.

Information on how to get a copy of the upcoming 2012 Health Law Handbook will be posted here in the near future.
